Workshop Facilities
Our workshops are complete with specialised equipment, purpose-built machinery and tools. We can fabricate hydraulic parts, modify, recondition, overhaul and re-manufacture all makes and models of hydraulic pumps, motors, valves and cylinders.

Cylinder Overhauls and Manufacture
A large cylinder bed and 360° "continuous rotation" torque multiplier enables us to carry out repairs and overhauls on cylinders up to 10 metres in length. Our experienced team includes machinists who can manufacture replacement components or complete cylinders.

Testing Facilities
We view proper testing of hydraulic equipment we have serviced as essential to our quality control process. In the field we use a comprehensive range of test equipment to diagnose component or system failure. In our workshops, we have purpose built test simulators & power units to test most sizes of pumps, motors and valves.

Field Service
Our fleet of Field Service support teams helps minimise downtime that can significantly affect your production and profitability. The team is made up of highly qualified and experienced technicians who can quickly diagnose problems using sound troubleshooting techniques.

Fluid Condition Monitoring - Specializing in Fluid Analysis
At Global Hydraulics & Controls we place high attention on the quality of the oil in your hydraulic equipment. We have sophisticated oil sampling and analysis techniques. We report back to you on the current situations and trends occurring. This analysis can alert you to issues before they have detrimental effects on your assets. Using the latest Fluid Conditioning equipment and vacuum dehydration purifiers we can recover system fluids to optimum standards. Specialised equipment combined with our experience enables us to tune, modify or change your asset to run and maintain the optimum fluid condition.

Hydraulic Maintenance
